The Northrop Grumman Contributions Program supports nonprofit organizations in company communities.

The company's focus is on STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) education. The program provides funding to state and government accredited schools and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.


Their strategy focuses on supporting engineering and technology-based programs and initiatives, primarily focused on middle school through university students, that increase workforce readiness with an emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Support is also provided in the following areas of interest:

  • health;

  • human services;

  • the environment; and,

  • services for veterans and the military.
